EVEN IF IT SMELLS BUT SELLS

Even if it smells but sells,

You blame it on someone else,

A stench we willfully inhale,

And on someone else exhale.

Even if it staunchly smells,

But to the craving ear it sells,

They will disperse their seeds,

To your fertile ground that seeks,

It’s all called social media,

Evolved to enhance old media,

It appears we’er getting intoxicated,

With concoctions complicated.

Can we not trail uptown blindly?

And to zoom in on our world kindly,

Playing low on confrontation and sensation,

Moving forth with love and inspiration.
