Youth can sometimes a man beguile,
And give you up for a hustle,
But do not be led astray by muscle,
Many things in life never change.
It’s just a brand-new page,
For an old or new generation,
It’s just regurgitation,
Do not your head displace.
I learnt a while in an age early,
From my native African idioms,
That, that which never ever occurred,
Belongs behind the horizon.
If you, but that far can see,
Behind the bright blue sea,
Then you then have it all,
That which was yours to take.
Youth is time for much learning,
And not time for ignorance,
For it blinds and make you not see,
Those for you who really care.
I love this one.
